Issued for franking of Money Orders and Parcel Post Cards.
Design by Karl Triumph.
Paper: The 300 Mk. value and the first printing of
the 100 Mk. were printed on Ligat paper. The second printing of the
100 Mk. was made on wove paper.

gum, whereby the gum of the wove paper is white, smooth and shiny.
Perforation: 14 x 13 1/2, comb perforation.
Print: Two-color typography by the GPW. The sheets
have an underprinted protective network.
The printer's sheet consists of 200 stamps, arranged in panes of 50
(counter pane) separeted by gutters. No gutter pairs are known. Each
pane of the 100 Mk. is enclosed in an rectangular frame in the color
of the stamp. All panes have marginal figures on the left and top
side.
Essays and proofs are known.
Forgeries are not known.
Valid: The stamps were sold over the counter until
the Krooni overprints were issued. Valid until December 31, 1940.
