Paper: white, thick (0.08 mm) wove.
Gum: white.
Print: Printing sheet of 400 stamps, arranged in
four panes of 100 each. The 10 and 20 Senti values were printed vertically.
Marginal numbers appear on the top and on the left margin of the pane.
Printing sheet numbers can also be found. All stamps have a colored
protective network.
Perforation: 14 1/2 x 14 - 5 and 12 Senti. 14 x 14
1/2 - 10 and 20 Senti.
Proofs exist.
Forgeries are not known.
Valid until December 31, 1940.
