by Ilmar Nõva (Breiberg), showing conventionalized flowers
and the Sanatorium of Taagepera.
Paper: thick white wove (0.08 mm).
Gum:
white and smooth.
Print:
The size of the printing sheet is not known, presumably 400 stamps.
The 10 and 20 s values are printed vertically. Register crosses can
be found on the ::ottom margin of the printing sheet.
Perforation:
14 1/2 x 14 - 5 and 12 s values. 14 x 14 1/2 - 10 and 20 s values.
Proofs
are known.
Forgeries
are not known.
Valid:
Sold over the counter until September 30, 1934. Valid until September
30, 1935. The remainders were destroyed January 30, 1935.
